General Information:

Registration
To register by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, call 1-800-424-9592. To register via FAX, complete the registration form and FAX to 1-434-582-2660. To register online, go to www.innovatechurch.us. To register by mail, complete and return the registration form along with your check, money order, or credit card information to innovatechurch 2008 Conference. The cost of regular registration for the Conference is $169. The registration fee includes admission to all plenary sessions, concerts, worship services, program sessions and the exhibit hall. Full-time students may register for $109. Spouses of attendees may register for $49.

Exhibitors & Sponsors
A diverse group of Christian corporations, publishers, organizations, colleges and universities will exhibit at the Conference and sponsor a wide variety of events. Plan to build time into your schedule to view the latest in resources, materials, educational opportunities and services that affirm and promote Christian Faith. If you desire to be a sponsor or exhibitor, contact us at the innovatechurch office at 1-800-424-9592 for a complete information packet. Exhibits will be open Monday from 12 until 6 p.m., Tuesday, 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., and 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Conference Site & Accommodations
All Conference events will be held at Thomas Road Baptist Church. TRBC is located close to all the major hotels and restaurants as well as being only five minutes from the Lynchburg Airport. The entire campus has wireless internet access as well as a bookstore and coffee shop.

Spouse Activities
Spouses accompanying attendees have a variety of options from which to choose including: (1) attending all Conference events at a discounted rate of $49; (2) attending only the Pre-Conference workshops at a discounted fee of $10 per workshop (if accompanied by spouse); (3) attending only the Dessert Reception, Night of Praise and the Pastor to Pastor Luncheon at regular ticket prices. Restuarants, shopping and entertainment are conveniently located only a short distance from TRBC.

Priority of Preferred Track Sessions
After registering, you will be sent specific information regarding the names, presentation titles and specific times for 34 program track presentations. Because attendance at any one session will be limited to the number of seats available in the various meeting rooms, it is imperative that you register early to have priority in attending your preferred sessions. Your track presentation choices will be prioritized according to the date on which your registration form is received in the Conference office. When you arrive at the Conference, you will receive tickets that will permit you to enter only certain presentations. The sooner you complete the attached registration form and send it in, the better your chances are of attending your preferred sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing, postmarked no later than July 24, 2008 and are subject to an administrative service charge of $50. Refunds cannot be provided after that date. No exceptions.

Audio Recording
Professionally produced CDs and DVDs of Conference worship sessions and plenary sessions will be available for sale at the Conference. No personal audio or video taping/recording of any Pre-Conference or Conference sessions is permitted.

Confirmation
A receipt will be sent to you confirming your registration. Track selection will begin online on July 15, 2008. After you have selected your sessions, a confirmation will be sent to you confirming your individual schedule during the conference. Save this confirmation and bring it with you to the Conference. You must present your confirmation receipt at the Registration Desk to receive your packet containing entry badge, session attendance tickets, Conference program book and special function tickets.

Monday, August 11 at 9:00pm.
